Mr. Bauder is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Core Mortgage Group and is responsible for the strategic positioning of the company as well as the implementation and execution of the long-term vision for the company.
Mr. Bauder is licensed as the “Responsible Individual” in Arizona for Core Funding Group regarding the mortgage broker’s license that it holds and also the “Responsible Individual” for Core Mortgage Group’s mortgage banker’s license. Mr. Bauder has over seventeen years of lending, underwriting, and title experience. During that time, he has originated more than $1 billion in private and institutional construction and debt financing for both residential and commercial projects.
Mr. Bauder has three daughters and resides with his wife and youngest daughter in Scottsdale.
