Jaclyn Richards started her career in the finance industry after graduating with her BS degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University.  She now has over eight years of professional mortgage experience and has established herself in all aspects of the lending industry.  Her experience includes being a highly successful Account Executive for one of the most profitable banks in the industry, Wells Fargo Bank, which was the foundation of her mortgage background.  She went on to Core Mortgage Inc. where she is the top Sr. Loan Officer and has become a mentor and trainer for the all of the new loan officers. She is well respected and often sought after for her expertise and knowledge of the loan programs.  She motivates her loan officers to be the best they can be no matter the circumstance.

Her extensive knowledge in the different types of mortgage programs, such as Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans has made her an expert in the loan structuring process.  She has dealt with all credit grades from the very high to the most low risk borrowers.  She is able to provide the most detailed advice on the best loan programs available and is able to get loans done fast and more efficiently. She does this by establishing and building her rapport with all the top lenders in the business.  She takes the time to truly understand a clients needs and finds the right loan program to help them meet their goals. 

She believes in a strong work ethic, but most importantly building long lasting relationships with her clientele.  Over the years, she has networked and developed strong affiliations with banks, real estate agents and businesses across the country.  She maintains her goal of providing the best financial services to those she comes in contact with.
