Mr. Wicks, Senior Vice President for Investments, is responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and underwriting loans for all categories of property and all types of mortgage loans for the Core Companies.  In addition, Mr. Wicks is responsible for overseeing the capital formation activities for the private offering memorandum, all administrative functions, and the relationship with major investors.    Mr. Wicks joined Bauder in April, 2007 as a loan officer with Core Mortgage Group, and was named Senior Vice President of Core Financial Group shortly after in June, 2007.  Mr. Wicks’ experience in finance includes senior executive level residential and commercial mortgage banking, real estate development financing, portfolio management, construction administration, loan management and preparation of lending guidelines.  Prior to being employed by Core, from 2005 to 2007, Mr. Wicks was Investment Manager for Diamond Capital Group; a California based full-service real estate finance, investment, development, and management company.  Prior to that, from 1994 to 2005, Mr. Wicks was Chief Executive Officer for Pro Circuit Products.  He is a member of The Phoenicians Committee, The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and Arizona Private Lenders Association.  Mr. Wicks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cal State University, Fullerton.
