This helps me find the client the best loan program, to ensure the financial decision is done in a timely and pleasant manner. With my Asian culture/work ethic I am able to do this using my professional work experience and education in Mathematics.
Professional experience
Working as a Senior Loan Officer with one of the largest home builders in America in the past 7 years I have:
- Used various lender pricing and guidelines to provide programs to fit the client’s needs.
- Consulted clients on credit issues and helped them to raise credit scores if needed.
- Provided information to clients as to what documentation is needed to fulfill the mortgage application process.
- Followed up with various points of contacts within the loan process to ensure timely closing of loan for clients.
- Been the top producer/loan consultant for the branch in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
